Accuracy of a Mechanical Structure

A client's wheel balancer was underperforming accuracy benchmarks compared to competitors. Spot On Engineering conducted a benchmark study, performed modal analysis, and found that panel vibration was interfering with piezo-electric pickups.

The structure was modified to eliminate the interference completely — and the client went on to develop the most accurate balancer on the market.
